Mexico: Four companies sign agreement with the CFE to generate wind energy

Mexican secretary of Energy, Georgina Kessel, attested the signature of agreements of the “Federal Commission of Electricity” (CFE) with four companies for wind projects that will represent an investment of 3 thousand million dollars in next three years. These programs will allow the generation of about 2 thousand megawatts.

Argentina: In Patagonia (Argentina) will finance a wind Project with “green bonus”

By means of an agreement with the Foundation Japan Carbon Finance (JCF), the “Sociedad Cooperativa Popular Limitada” (SCPL) will receive in next days 1,2 million dollars for emitting the denominated “carbon funds", to produce clean and renewable energy in the wind energy park “Antonio Morán”, one of the most important from South America.

Nicaragua: Wind Power since Rivas, NI.

Due to the Nicaragua energy crisis, foreigners and national have worried to solve this problem, developing alternating projects that can palliate this situation at medium or long term. Among these projects stands out the Wind Project “Obra Juelo”, with an investment valued in 200 million dollars, and a generation around 75-100MW.
