NEWS MEXICO: CFE launches bid to build Oaxaca I. In recent days was announced the international public bid of the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) to build the wind farm Oaxaca I, through a scheme of independent power producer, without requiring forums or conferences in which they discussed about reforms of the energy bill. The wind farm will be build in a period of not more than 533 calendar days, with a rated generation capacity of around 101 MW. Basically, it is a contract for sale of electricity. The project includes programming, design, construction and all activities necessary to operate the wind farm Oaxaca I. The maximum period of conclusion is scheduled for December 30, 2010.
