Presson of Patriot Renewables wins NRG Systems’ Complete 60m XHD Calibrated Symphonie NOW System.

Hinesburg, VT – NRG Systems, Inc., a leading manufacturer of wind energy measurement systems for the global wind energy industry, announced that Todd Presson, COO, of Patriot Renewables, LLC, in Quincy, Massachusetts, won the 60m XHD Calibrated NRG Symphonie™ NOW System at AWEA’s WindPower 2008 annual conference and exhibition held in Houston, Texas. The 60m XHD Calibrated Symphonie NOW System, is valued at $15,750 USD.

“The 60m XHD Calibrated NRG Symphonie™ NOW System provides everything needed for wind measurement,” said Barton Merle-Smith, NRG Systems Director of Sales and Marketing. “Our customers rely on us to provide a stable and reliable platform for data collection and this system provides that.”

The NRG Systems complete 60m XHD Calibrated Symphonie NOW System includes the XHD TallTower, the industry’s strongest tilt-up tower, and six calibrated NRG #40C anemometers. The system also features a Symphonie Iridium Satellite iPack that comes with 400 prepaid minutes.

The more than 13,000 AWEA attendees were eligible to enter the drawing by visiting NRG Systems’ booth at the conference.
