NRG Systems Unveils New Website To Better Serve Customers:
Customer tech forum, more product info among new features
Hinesburg, VT—NRG Systems, Inc., manufacturer of wind measurement equipment, introduced its new, more robust, website. With a fresh design and improved functionality, the site (www.nrgsystems.com) offers new customer-driven features. The site’s customer tech forum is the first from a wind industry manufacturer to encourage customers to share and advance the conversation on wind assessment and turbine control technology and to pose questions to the NRG Systems technical support team.
“We’ve completely redesigned the site to better meet the needs of our customers,” said Barton Merle-Smith, NRG Systems Director of Sales & Marketing. “Customers will find more product information, including solutions for challenging wind project sites, more photos, and more opportunities to connect with our sales and technical support staff.”
The site offers RSS feed and email subscription services to enable users to subscribe to NRG Systems’ product updates, postings on its tech forum, or job openings within the company. Videos of company employees give users the opportunity to meet some of the engineers, tech support and production employees who design, make and support NRG Systems’ products.
“It’s all about providing easier access to more of the information people want--when they need it,” added Merle-Smith. “We’re really excited about the new site and will continue to expand its functionality for our customers based on their feedback.”
